A Trademark-Protected Kettlebell Training Progression Protocol
Overview: The Flow State™ System is a proprietary, multi-tiered kettlebell training curriculum designed to guide members through a measurable, progressive journey from foundational movement to mastery. Inspired by martial arts belt systems and grounded in functional strength science, the Flow State System ensures technical proficiency, mobility integrity, and peak performance through four distinct training tiers.

Upon onboarding, each member undergoes an assessment to generate a Personalized Flow Chart™—a structured training pathway that:
Assigns required weekly sessions (e.g., Mobility Class, Glute Power, Core Mastery)
Tracks session attendance and benchmarks
Adapts every 4 weeks based on progress and coach review
Highlights individual "weak link" areas to target (mobility, core, glutes, conditioning)
This system ensures members are never "just working out," but are on a deliberate and evolving trajectory toward mastery.
Especially critical when wielding ballistic kettlebell movements
Immediate feedback to ensure proper technique and prevent injury
Tailored instruction to address individual needs and goals
Deeper connections and support among training partners
All training sessions operate with a maximum of 5 participants to ensure the benefits listed above.
Members must perform core skills live, in front of peers, to reinforce skill retention, confidence, and community recognition
Members receive oral feedback in a semi-circle format, modeled after belt ceremonies in martial arts dojos
Level-ups include brief storytelling where each member shares their journey before receiving their Flow Shirt™
